I help companies build reputations by creating hyper-intuitive experiences that users love. I translate high level business needs into strategy and structure while keeping attention on pixel perfect detail. With methods spanning from research and ideation to prototyping and testing, I look at tough problems methodically and add real value to products.
Beyond design, I like flying drones, video editing, watching YouTube, running, spending time with my chocolate Lab, and having good conversation about the ideas shaping our future.
Our relationship to technology has become complicated. We've experienced the consequences of rapid advancement and the stresses associated with an attention economy. I see a growing reluctance toward technology during research sessions. In this sense, UX has never been more critical. We need to absorb the lessons learned as we continue to build products and services, keeping well-being and net value in mind. Design ethics may not only help long-term user retention, but allow products to compete with tech giants.
It's time to go back to basics. Truly great products respect people's time and attention while reflecting human values. Coupling thoughtful design with emerging technology is vital as we move forward in discovering technology’s role in our world.
